Shauna E. Bowman, P.E. is Bowman’s Officer-in-Charge. Ms. Bowman started Bowman Engineering in 2007 and has built Bowman Engineering into a successful and respected program management firm for transit projects in the Dallas Fort Worth area serving key roles for all major transit agencies in the area including Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Trinity Metro in Fort Worth, Denton County Transportation Authority and the Houston to Dallas High Speed Rail project. She is a superb business woman and entrepreneur who is also building a steel rebar installation company with annual revenue of $10M.
As President and founder of Bowman Engineering & Consulting, Shauna is an experienced engineer and project manager with extensive highway and transit experience. She currently serves as Corporate Officer-in-Charge for Bowman’s role as a major subcontractor on the federally funded TEX Rail commuter rail project in Fort Worth, Texas. A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Shauna has a BS degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas.
